Preschool, pre-professional education and school assessment.

Objective: To develop the capacity of about 42 lakh participants,

involving all teachers and principals at the primary level in all public schools,

Faculty member of State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) and District Institute of Education and Training (DIET),

Block Resource Coordinators and Cluster Resource Coordinators in all States and Union Territories.

Implementation: The training will be conducted directly by 33120 Key Resource Persons (KRPs) and State Resource Persons (SRPs) by the State and UT, who will be trained by 120 National Resource Persons identified by the National Council of Educational Research. Training (NCERT), National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), etc.

Module 2 on Module 1

Keeping in view the core themes of NISHTHA and expected results, States and Union Territories have the option to contextualize the training modules and utilize their own material and resource persons.

Key features of the program are activity-based modules that include a built-in continuous feedback mechanism, an online monitoring and support system, training need and impact analysis (before and after training).

NCERT has developed a mobile application and a Learning Management System (LMS) based on MOODLE (Modular Object Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment).

The LMS will be used for expert and teacher registration, resource dissemination, training gap analysis and impact, tracking, mentoring and online progress measurement.

With respect to the above topic, it should be noted that last year loyalty training was conducted all over the state of Gujarat. 89,297 primary school teachers were trained in face-to-face mode. Due to the Kovid-12 epidemic, this year training will be given through online mode through devotional courses at Diksha Manch.

Means to add primary school teachers (including Government, Grant, KGBV, Ashram School, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School and Sainik School). This training will start from 5 October 2020 in Gujarat.

Necessary coordination has been done at the district level for proper completion of 12 loyalty training courses for the remaining elementary teachers (Govt., Aided, KGBV, Ashram School, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School and Sainik School). Necessary planning should be done to make arrangements.

Following is a video that explains how to log in to the Induction Course Nishtha and fill up a self-declaration form.

To join the training the teacher has to fill the self-declaration form on NISHTAHA portal before 04-10-2020 and complete the teacher code and school code.

In loyalty training, the remaining primary teachers have to attend online training school through 18 courses. In which you have to attend 18 courses personally. Whose timesheet is given below.

Interpretation of video material and other literature provided in each Gujarati language module will be provided through BISAG during this training. In which the teacher involved in the training must be involved. The details of which are as follows.

BISAG broadcast can also be watched on Vande Gujarat Channel-1 mobile app and on JIO TV.

During this training the teacher should contact his/her CRC.CO. Coordinator for attending training as well as for educational issues or difficulties.

The loyalty training completion certificate after completion of online course module training for each teacher can be downloaded from the profile page by logging on to the DIKSHA platform in 8 to 15 days after the completion of training.

Each teacher must prepare a curriculum report (total module 12) on how to apply the lessons learned in classroom training and submit it to CRC.CO. Coordinator during the homework period.

CRC coordinator has to prepare the record for the report submitted by the teacher regarding the syllabus (18 modules in total) as per the form given below and send it to the BRC coordinator before 8th November, 2020.
